INGREDIENTS:

 25ml Auchentoshan American Oak

 30ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice

 60ml Lager Beer

 15ml Sugar Syrup

METHOD:

Build in a rocks glass, fill with ice and stir. Garnish with Grapefruit twist and thyme sprig.

INGREDIENTS:

 50ml Maker’s Mark 46

 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

 20ml Simple Syrup

 1 Dash of Angostura bitters

 1 Egg White

 Marachino Cherries

METHOD:

Dry shake ingredients. Add ice and shake again, very hard. Garnish with Marachino cherry.
