Basil Smash Cocktail

Ingredients:

50 ML Cape Town Classic Gin

15 ML Lemon Juice, 10 ML Simple Syrup (or basil syrup)

Basil Leaves

Ice

Preparation:

Muddle the leaves in the base of the shaker before you add the rest of the ingredients and

ice. Shake well for 15 – 20 seconds and strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with leaves.

GIN Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients:

50 ML Cape Town Classic Dry

25 ML Lemon Juice

10 ML Simple Syrup

Sparkling Water

Lemon

Ice

Preparation:

Pour the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shaker with ice

and shake until the outside of the shaker is ice cold. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top

up with sparkling or soda water. Garnish with lemon
