Calling all Gauteng Curry Lovers!

Calling all curry lovers! Capsicum Culinary Studios Pretoria is hosting a once-off Indian-themed masterclass which will take place at the campus on Wednesday, July 31 from 18:00 to 21:00. The evening will be under the guidance of the campus' Chef Lecturer Eoin Shiell, who will take culinary enthusiasts through a detailed and practical masterclass on how to make a number of Indian inspired dishes, including Butter Chicken Curry, Rotis, Truffle Braised Lentils and Raita.

Says Shiell: "Everyone loves a curry of some form or the other - especially in winter - and we want our masterclass to not only show aspirant cooks what to do, but also to give them the confidence to go home and whip up a delicious Indian dinner for their friends and family." The three-hour class costs R400 per person and includes a welcome drink and canapés on arrival, all ingredients for the dishes and a take-home Capsicum apron. For more details and to book (limited space available), contact Shelley van der Merwe at svdmerwe@capsicumcooking.co.za or 011 993 0071 (landline) or (cell) 076 754 4094.

The Pretoria Capsicum Campus is situated at 134 Aramist Avenue, Menlyn Square, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria.
