Favorite Recipe for the day with Maggi South Africa - Creamy Maggi Noodle Soup

Looking for some meal inspiration for lunch or dinner? We are loving trying out the Maggi South Africa recipes, and today on the menu, we are hitting up a beef dish with all the yummy vegetables, It's a Creamy Noodle Soup kind of day.


73g MAGGI 2-Minute Chicken Noodles 30 g Oil, Olive, Salad Or Cooking 400 g Nuts, Coconut Milk, Canned (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water) 140 g Onions, Raw 10 g Garlic, Raw 10 g Leeks, Stalk (Woolworthsfood Leeks) 2 tsp Spices, Paprika 1 Carrots, Raw 1 Squash, Zucchini, Baby, Raw 1 sprig of Parsley, Fresh 250 g Soup, Vegetable Broth, Ready To Serve


Soak MAGGI Noodles 2 Min Soak MAGGI 2-MINUTE NOODLES in hot water for about 2 minutes, drain and set aside.

Saute Onions, Peppers and Leaks 3 Min In a pan, cook (saute) minced red onion, garlic and leaks until soft.

Simmer Paprika and Coconut Milk 3 Min Add paprika and coconut, bring to a simmer then reduce to a desirable consistency.

Add Carrots and Baby Marrow 2 Min Continue adding sliced carrots, baby marrow and further cook for about 15 minutes.

Add MAGGI 2-MINUTE NOODLES 1 Min Add MAGGI 2-MINUTE NOODLES and toss until evenly coated.

Serve Hot 1 Min
