Flow Travel is a travel agency specialising in both inbound and outbound group travel. Although only just launched, the new business is doing bustling travel at home in South Africa, and worldwide.

In South Africa, the company has hosted groups on safari, in the Cradle of Humankind, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch winelands, the Garden Route and the Cape Peninsula.
“We offer inbound tours showcasing the beauty of South Africa and our people; and outbound tours exploring the wonders of the world,” says Tara Turkington, Flow’s CEO.
Flow Travel can offer truly tailored experiences, and focuses on comfort, fun and exceptional experiences, often thanks to the connections its sister company, Flow Communications, has through its many travel industry clients. For example, says Tara, earlier this year a group of US-based tourists were delighted to find themselves spending two hours with a member of the team of palaeoanthropologists exploring the Rising Star cave system, where a new hominin species, Homo naledi, was discovered in 2015.
“We could organise this because the Cradle of Humankind and its visitor’s centre at Maropeng, have been Flow Communications clients for many years.”
