And how better to ruin that wonderful festive feeling than by battling the shops at this time of year for your Christmas groceries. Luckily, UCOOK has you covered with its festive summer menu that makes for the perfect Christmas lunch or dinner, with dishes that are simpler than ever to cook.


The Christmas meal forms part of the standard UCOOK weekly offering – with a choice of either two, three or four meals delivered for one, two, or four people. Each UCOOK dish has been developed with less preparation time in mind and can be enjoyed as starters, sides or mains, depending on the size of your Christmas meal with friends and family. Having a small get together? You can combine three UCOOK dishes into a festive meal. If you're having a bigger lunch, bring your choices along as side or mains that will feed up to four people each.

The menu is available for order between 11 December and 18 December 2019. Delivery is standard and will occur on either the 22 December or 23 December – just in time for Christmas Day.



In addition, UCOOK is offering existing customers an easy way to help those less fortunate this festive season.  All you need to do to donate to the Love Can Project and New Jerusalem Children's Home is to fill your empty UCOOK box (that you’d usually return when your new box is delivered) with non-perishable goods, such as canned food, lentils, cooking oil, etc. Seal the with any kind of tape and let us handle the rest! We’ll donate your boxed goods and recycle your box for you*.

Truffled Mushroom Risotto

A flavoursome family favourite that makes an indulgent starter course


Italian Ravioli al Pomodoro

Aubergine and sundried tomato ravioli dressed with baby tomatoes, piquante peppers and bocconcini



Strawberry & Chevin Salad

A fresh and summery salad packed with chickpeas, mint and lashings of honey and goats cheese


Stuffed butternut halves

Filled to the brim with quinoa and kale and topped off with golden sultanas, capers and pecan nuts



Sirloin with duck fat roast sweet potatoes

Served with green beans and a crème fraiche dressing


Harissa chicken with duck fat carrots

Skin-on chicken breast topped with a harrisa yoghurt dressing, and served with rocket, radish and mint




Cranberry glazed tilapia

A one-tray bake with butternut and pumpkin seeds, served with a classic side salad



Glazed pork kassler with stonefruit

With red quinoa, fresh feta, peas, spinach, balsamic vinegar and honey
