Joburg Ballet's Nutcracker with a Twist.

Joburg Ballet's “Nutcracker with a Twist” is a fun-filled piece, created by artistic director Iain MacDonald, offers a glimpse of our city on Christmas Eve and showcases familiar characters, from pantsula dancers and shoppers in a mall to graffiti artists and lots more.  The music for this jazzy slice of urban life is from the Glenn Miller Band and the Boston Pops Orchestra. Featuring the dancers of Joburg Ballet and students of the Joburg Ballet School, this performance runs for about 30 minutes at the Festival of Lights at the Johannesburg Zoo from 22 – 29 November 2020.

For only R150 per ticket via Webtickets, you will have access to all Festival of Lights events, including Nutcracker with a Twist. You do not need a ticket specifically for the ballet.
