Kids cooking Virtual Cook-along with Kyle Buckingham and chef Jay Mac.

Tonight professional, elite triathlete and Ironman Africa Champion, Kyle Buckingham, will be hosting the first of 3 virtual cook-alongs with Chef Jay Mac and the amazing Fry’s food company especially for kids.

The other two cook-alongs will be taking place on the 24th and 29th of March 2021. They are completely free and promise to be loads of fun!

In these interactive cook-alongs you and your kids will learn how to cook easy, delicious and nourishing plant-based dishes that the whole family will love (even the meat eaters). All attendees stand a chance of winning a copy of Tammy Fry’s new cookbook – “Made with love and plants.”

Tickets to each event are limited so make sure you book your space.

About Chef Jay Mac:

Jason McNamara is a local vegan advocate and chef who founded The Kind Kitchen. Jay gained his skills in vegan culinary arts at The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas. To accommodate the growing demand for his vegan food, Jay crowd-funded his first café and deli in mid-2018.

For the cook-along on the 24th of March, you will learn to cook the following:

Starter meal – Butternut Balls with beetroot humus

Main Meal – Mac n Cheese with Mediterranean sausages
