Sunday Lunch returns with The President Hotel.



The President Hotel will be returning with another mouth-watering lunch delivery this Sunday, 16 August 2020 at only R198,00 per person for a delicious bread course and main course meal. For an additional R65,00, readers can enjoy a spiced nut tart, caramel chocolate mousse and candied kumquat as dessert.

METHOD

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C

Place the seafood pie in the oven for approximately 20 – 25 minutes or until the pastry

is golden brown on top.

After approx. 15 min, place the asparagus gratin in the oven to start melting and

caramelizing the parmesan streusel on top.

Place the sweet potato “sosatie” as well as the brinjal moussaka in at the same stage

as the asparagus to allow for thorough heating for the last 10 minutes of the pie’s

cooking time.
