Zolani Mahola of Freshlyground brings sold-out solo performance to Norval Foundation 28 Dec 2019.

Following an astonishing eight sold-out one-woman shows entitled ‘The One Who Sings’ at the Baxter last month, Zolani Mahola will be performing her breathtaking new solo material at Norval Foundation on Saturday 28 December at 7:30pm. The powerful trio features Sarah Blake on upright bass and Sky Dladla on traditional Xhosa percussion.

Zolani Mahola is a South African singer, actress and transformational speaker. She has been the lead singer of the internationally acclaimed South African music group Freshlyground since 2002. On 15 August 2019, Mahola officially announced the launch of her solo career as a musician, storyteller and public speaker.

Head to Norval Foundation for a night of legendary South African music, with the option of a 3-course dinner before the show at The Skotnes Restaurant. Tickets to the show include admission to the Norval Foundation museum galleries and sculpture garden. Dinner commences at 5:30pm sharp, and the show starts at 7:30pm.
