THE HEINEKEN LADIES POLO INVITATIONAL PROMISES YET ANOTHER EPIC AND GLAMOROUS SHOWDOWN.

The Inanda Club has been abuzz with Polo action all year round and the biggest attraction yet is upon us. The Heineken Ladies Polo Invitational in association with QMS Medicosmetics and Tanqueray has a lot in store leading up to this spectacular showdown on the back of Women’s Month. The big cards have been drawn at the Inanda Club, with an epic clash between the invited high goal ladies players from England taking on an All Africa team of equally matched ladies on the 4th of September 2022.

This event is set to host the highest level of Ladies polo to be played in South Africa and looks to become a popular instalment on the annual Polo calendar in Africa. This all-female invitational match of international players will showcase the world star quality of women’s sports, particularly in the equestrian field. Heineken’s collaboration with the Inanda Club for the Ladies Polo is a celebration of the diversity and inclusion embraced by the polo world and sports in general. The polo match celebrates femininity finding its place in a realm that has often been type casted as a masculine arena. These women are excellent ambassadors of ‘Taking up Space’ by embracing one’s interests while celebrating their identity without any repression.

As the greatest women’s sports star Serena Williams once said, “Every woman's success should be an inspiration to another. We're strongest when we cheer each other on.” This is what the Ladies Polo is rooted in, celebrating womanhood in all its forms. From the sports field, to the family women in the picnic sites, to the celebration of femininity in the fashion on display at the Inanda grounds.

While the preparations are well underway for the action on the Polo field, Heineken, QMS Medicosmetics, Tanqueray and the Inanda Club have promised the glitz, glam and everything nice is also well underway for guests who will be at the showgrounds come the 4th of September.
