To ensure the best possible service, this offering is exclusively for Levi’s® garments that are in a reasonable, salvageable, and hygienic condition. The Levi’s® denims can come from any partner store (e.g. Woolworths), be thrifted, or handed down—as long as they’re Levi’s®.

Additional guidelines include:

  • All services are subject to tailor availability and work schedule.

  • All services require 2 to 3 working days. Customers will be notified by phone once their items are ready.

  • Customers must wear the product during consultations, especially for leg alterations and tapering, to ensure precise fitting and placement. If the customer is not comfortable with this, Levi’s® won’t be able to assist with these services.

  • All tailoring services carry a charge, which will be communicated during the consultation.

  • Once altered, products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Tailors will not alter or remove iconic Levi’s® details like the Red Tab, Leather Back Patch, or Arcuate stitching.
