Take your air fryer cooking to the next level with Bonnie Bio’s brand-new Cooking Cups: Cooking Cups for Kids (cupcake size) and Cooking Cups for Adults (pie size). Launched in SA this week, these Cooking Cups are perfect for quick meals, meal-prepping, food portioning and baking for both adults and kids - a first of its kind in South Africa. Like all Bonnie Bio air fryer liner products, they are disposable, biodegradable and in plastic-free packaging.

Bonnie Bio’s quality, non-stick, paper-based cooking cups are taking air fryer cooking to the next level. Use them to prep your week’s smaller meals (including lunch boxes), as it is easy to cook many different meal portions at the same time in these cooking cups. Food does not stick, it detaches easily, sliding away from the cooking cup without having to use butter or oil. You can make just about anything in these handy cooking cups – egg souffles, mushrooms, tomatoes, Yorkshire puddings, nachos, anything baked (muffins, cupcakes, mini cakes) and pastries – the sky’s the limit!

Look out for the all-new 2 size disposable air fryer cooking cups launching in August 2025: Cooking Cups for Kids (1 egg portion) and Cooking Cups for Adults (2 egg portion). These complement the larger air fryer liner sizes already on the market: 3-6L, 6-9L and the 22x14cm rectangular liner.
These new products are now available online at Bonniebio.co.za or at Checkers and Checker Hyper stores across the Western Cape Peninsula and are being rolled out across the rest of the country.
